To play shotput you have to hold the shot put in your right hand but when you hold it you have to hold it with the tips of your fingers and make sure that you have space between the ball and your fingers and then you have to put it right next to your ear and do atlas 2 or 3 squats while your doing your squats you have to take your left hand and swing at the same time you are stretching then lift yourself up slow then you throw then stretch out right hand and then you just try thow is as far as you can.
